This is an ongoing process which helps to optimize self-made programming and seeks to provide you with knowledge for training and programming. This does not provide the program, but we discuss and design all aspects of both the what and why as these become relevant to you and your needs, starting broad and becoming increasingly refined and specific over as we work together.

Overview Call

Extended discussion to begin any new program such as objective, season, or circumstance changes. Once every four to eight weeks.

Calibration Call

Brief discussion to modify aspects of the program such as set volume, intensity, exercise choice, progressions, and more. Once every two weeks.

Review and Demonstration

Non-scheduled sharing of exercise and session execution with written feedback and/or filmed demonstration as required. No limit for anything within the scope of programming.
